Truck is great drives real nice enjoying alot like driving it.

Service was completed in a timely manner. I requested information on a service contract and or service insurance and have not received a ny onformation at thei point,

changed the tail light in about 15 minutes.

Everything was good from the moment I walked in. Everyone was great. The work was performed and completed in a very timely manner. I will be back.

I had a major repair. H & K had possession of my car from Monday to Friday morning. It would have been "nice" to have been offered a "rental" car to drive for the week. I had no transportation for 4 days and was at the "mercy" of friends to be able to accomplish several errands that needed to be completed. I would say that being retired did help because I didn't have to go too many places. I have always put my trust on all my service needs at the dealership where I purchased the vehicle, (including the previous dealership, Crumback Chevrolet, for over 30 years) I have "my fingers" crossed, and hopefully, the repairs performed by the H & K Chevrolet service department will keep me "break-down free" and trustworthy for several years to come. Finally, everyone involved in the repair of my vehicle (from the sales staff, to the service advisor, to the service technicians, and the billing department) were very cordial and understanding. My plans for the future is to continue to use and trust the Service Department at H & K for all my repairs/service needs as long as I own this vehicle.
